Monday and Stockholm
Late last sunday me and Leo, a dear friend of mine, made the decision to get our asses up to Stockholm to sit on cafés, check out exhibitions and take photographs of Stockholm.

Though we had one problem: We had forgotten that monday is equal to no art exhibitions open. We didn't realise this until we came to moderna after trying to pay a visit to Konstfack (and taking the wrong way to the exhibit). This caused us to crash around Stockholm for something to do for quite some time.

At one point we found ourself wandering around Gamla Stan looking for a Book store/ Café to stay at and rest our tired bodies. But it sure took some time to get there as Gamla Stan often is packed with tourists, only tourist. Everywhere we could see guides speaking in German, old Americans wondering where they were and tons of other photographing.
While walking there though, I was able to spy some cool alleys. Whenever I walk around my eyes are like radars. I look up, down, left, right, everything in between and always twice. It ensures you to find some cool views.

In the end though, the trip was worthwhile. I found a book with Roland Barthes and a CD with µ-Ziq. We also walked around in Stockholm finding some nice places. The photos from these places will be uploaded later this week.

I've never thought Stockholm is my kind of city though and I think I never will. It is thrilling by now, as I am not there often, but if I would live there I would surely be bored.
